Is that new curcumin study legit or just supplement hype?

Hey everyone! I just read this study about curcumin bioavailability in gummy form (PMID: 38457632). Claims the absorption is 10x better with their patented liposomal delivery. But it's funded by the company... think it's legit or just marketing fluff? 🧐

I always take these studies with a grain of salt if they're funded by the company. BUT curcumin is known to have low bioavailability, so better delivery sounds plausible. Did they compare to standard curcumin gummies?

As someone who adds turmeric to everything, I'd love to believe it! But yeah, company-funded studies = bias. Maybe check if there's a meta-analysis or independent replication?

I've tried a few curcumin gummies for post-run inflammation. Honestly, didn't notice much difference between brands. But my go-to is GOLI's Ashwagandha. For curcumin, I'd stick with the regular stuff unless there's solid evidence.

Agreed with Victor! Also keep in mind that the FDA doesn't regulate these claims. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Stick with what works for you!
