THREAD: Mixing GOLI Gummies with coffee? Anyone tried this combo?Started by OP

Hey everyone, I've been taking GOLI apple cider vinegar gummies for a few weeks now and love the energy boost. I usually have my morning coffee right after, but I'm wondering if that's actually safe or if it messes with the effectiveness? Has anyone else combined these two?

Great question! As an amateur chef, I've experimented with this. The acidity in both coffee and ACV might be harsh on an empty stomach—I'd recommend having a small snack first, like a banana or toast. Personally, I wait 30 mins between my gummy and coffee, and it works fine. No weird interactions for me!

lol i just care about the taste tbh. GOLI gummies are already kinda tangy, and coffee can make that worse if you drink it right after. Try a flavored coffee or add a dash of cinnamon to balance it out. Safety-wise, i think you're good, but your taste buds might protest!

As a sleep-deprived parent, I need all the energy I can get! I take my GOLI gummy with my coffee every morning—no issues so far. It's a quick routine before the kids wake up. If you're worried, maybe check with a doc, but for me, it's a lifesaver combo.

Tech gadget lover here—I tracked this with my fitness app for a month. Data shows no negative impact on heart rate or digestion when combining GOLI and coffee. However, caffeine might mask the natural energy from ACV. Try alternating days to compare effects. Stay optimized!
