THREAD: Mixing GOLI gummies with my morning coffee - safe combo or bad idea?Started by OasisOliver

Hey everyone, weekend warrior here trying to optimize my routine. I take GOLI apple cider vinegar gummies every morning for digestion and energy. Lately I've been wondering - is it safe to take them WITH my morning coffee? Like literally pop the gummy and sip the coffee at the same time? Worried about acidity overload or something messing with absorption. Anyone tried this combo?

OP - I track everything with my smartwatch and nutrition apps. Data shows: when I take GOLI with black coffee on empty stomach, my heart rate spikes 8-10 bpm more than taking them separately. Not dangerous but noticeable. The acetic acid + caffeine might synergize for energy, but could irritate sensitive stomachs. Try spacing by 15 mins if concerned. My glucose monitor shows no weird interactions though!

keep it simple folks. i take my 2 goli gummies with water, period. coffee 30 min later. why complicate things? more supplements = more problems. if you want energy, sleep better. minimalist approach always wins.

As a night shift worker, I've done this combo for months. GOLI before my 'morning' (which is 8pm for me) with cold brew. No issues, but I always eat a small snack first - overnight oats or banana. On empty stomach I got slight nausea once. Honestly the bigger issue is remembering to take them during weird hours lol. Set phone reminders!
