So I started taking GOLI gummies a week ago to help with my terrible sleep (med school stress is real). But weirdly, after just a few days, my skin looks clearer and brighter. Not complaining, but is this a known side effect? Anyone else experience this?

Yes! Same here. I got them for stress relief, but my coworkers keep asking if I got a facial. I think it's the biotin and vitamin C in them. Plus they're vegan and plastic-free packaging, so double win πŸŒΏπŸ’š

lol I started taking them for joint pain (getting old with kids), but I noticed my nails are way stronger. My wife thinks I'm crazy but they def work for other stuff too. Maybe it's just all the vitamins combined?

I've been on GOLI for like 3 months now. Sleep got better in the first week, but I also got that 'glow' you're talking about. I think it's the collagen boost from the apple cider vinegar? Or the B vitamins? Either way, keep at it!

Good to know I'm not imagining things! I'll stick with it. Thanks for the replies πŸ‘
