Hey all, so I've been taking GOLI gummies for about 3 weeks now hoping they'd help me sleep better (I'm a parent of a toddler, so sleep is... rare lol). I haven't noticed a huge difference in sleep yet, BUT my skin is looking way clearer and more glowy? Like, I haven't changed my skincare routine at all. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm kinda shocked tbh.

Yo VibeVitamins42! That's wild. I take GOLI for recovery after my Crossfit sessions—helps with inflammation. But yeah, I've heard the apple cider vinegar in them can boost skin health. Might be the antioxidants? I stack mine with other noots for max effect. Keep at it, sleep might still improve!

Interesting. I use GOLI as part of my minimalist supplement routine—just these and vitamin D. I started for digestion, but my stress levels dropped noticeably after a month. Less anxious overall. Maybe the benefits are broader than advertised. Simple formulas can have complex effects.

Thanks guys! @NootropicNoah, good point about the ACV—I didn't even think of that. @EarthElias370, that's cool about stress relief too. Maybe I'll stick with them a bit longer and see if sleep catches up. My skin is loving it though, so win either way haha.
