Hey all! So I've been taking GOLI sleep gummies for about 2 weeks now, mainly for my insomnia. But weird thing is, I haven't noticed much difference in my sleep yet, but my skin looks AMAZING. Like, breakouts cleared, less redness. Anyone else get side benefits? Should I stick with them for sleep or switch to something else?

That's interesting! The sleep GOLI has melatonin and some botanicals like chamomile and passionflower. Those have anti-inflammatory properties, which could help skin. But melatonin itself is also an antioxidant. If sleep isn't improving after 2 weeks, maybe try the regular immunity or beauty ones? They have biotin and vitamin C. But glad your skin is happy!

I started with the stress relief GOLI and noticed I felt less anxious, but also my skin cleared up! I think it's the adaptogens like ashwagandha. For sleep, maybe combine with a bedtime routine? I do meditation before bed and it helps a lot. Stick with it a bit longer, but if sleep doesn't improve, consider the sleep ones might need more time or a different formula.

Been on GOLI since they launched. The sleep ones worked for me but took about a month. The skin thing is real - I think the overall ingredients just help your body chill out, which shows on the outside. You could also try the 'Beauty' ones if skin is your main goal, but I'd give the sleep ones another couple weeks. And yeah, a bedtime routine helps. Good luck!
