Hey everyone, so I've been taking GOLI apple cider vinegar gummies for about 3 weeks now, hoping they'd help me sleep better (I heard ACV can regulate blood sugar and help with nighttime rest). Honestly, my sleep is maybe slightly better? But the weird thing is my SKIN. It's never looked this clear and hydrated before. I used to have dry patches and occasional breakouts, but now it's just...glowing. Has anyone else experienced this? I wasn't even taking them for skin benefits!

I started GOLI a month ago to try and cut back on my 4-cups-of-coffee-a-day habit (heard ACV helps with energy crashes). My skin hasn't changed much, but my anxiety is way down? Like, I feel less jittery even when I skip coffee. Maybe it's the B vitamins in there? Or just placebo haha. Either way, if your skin's better, roll with it!
