THREAD: GOLI Gummies - Are they worth the hype or just overpriced candy?Started by LunarLily39

Hey everyone! I'm a total foodie who's always on the lookout for tasty health products, and I recently stumbled upon GOLI Gummies. I tried the apple cider vinegar ones first - they actually taste pretty good! Like a sweet apple candy with a slight tang. Has anyone else tried different flavors? I'm curious about the superfruit blend ones - are they as tasty as they look in the ads?

As a fitness professional, I'm always skeptical of trendy supplements. GOLI markets these as supporting weight management and energy, but let's be real - they're basically candy with some apple cider vinegar. The dosage is pretty low compared to traditional ACV shots. I'd recommend focusing on whole foods and consistent exercise instead of relying on gummies. Has anyone actually seen measurable results from these?

As a busy professional who's always rushing between meetings, I actually love the convenience of GOLI Gummies! I keep a bottle at my desk and take 2 with my morning coffee. They're way easier than mixing up ACV drinks, and no bad breath afterward. I've been using them for about 3 weeks now and feel like I have slightly more consistent energy throughout the day. Anyone else find them helpful for busy schedules?

Another busy pro here! I was initially drawn to GOLI because of the convenience factor too, but I'm concerned about the sugar content. Each gummy has 1g of sugar, and the recommended dose is 2-6 per day. That adds up! I've switched to taking just 2 in the morning, but I'm wondering if the benefits outweigh the sugar intake. Has anyone tried the sugar-free versions they recently launched?

CrystalCathy makes a good point about whole foods being better, but honestly, I'm not looking for a miracle cure - just something tasty that might have some benefits! I tried the superfruit ones yesterday and they're delicious - like berry candy. JoyfulJack37, I agree about the convenience! I throw them in my purse for when I'm on the go. FitnessFanatic45, I haven't seen sugar-free versions yet - where did you find those?

To address FitnessFanatic45's concern - yes, the sugar is problematic if you're taking multiple gummies daily. The sugar-free versions use alternative sweeteners, which come with their own issues. Honestly, if you want apple cider vinegar benefits, just take a tablespoon of the real stuff diluted in water. It's cheaper and more effective. But if the gummies help people establish a consistent routine, I suppose that's something. Has anyone compared GOLI to other ACV gummy brands?
