THREAD: GOLI Gummies - Are they just a trend or actually beneficial?Started by MindfulMila

Hi everyone! As a yoga instructor, I'm always looking for natural ways to support wellness. I've been seeing GOLI Gummies everywhere - especially the apple cider vinegar ones. Has anyone here tried them? I'm curious if they actually help with digestion and energy levels, or if it's just clever marketing. I prefer whole foods, but if these gummies have real benefits, I might consider them for my busy days between classes.

Hey MindfulMila! Fitness pro here - I've actually been using GOLI for about 3 months now. I take the ACV gummies daily and I've noticed improved digestion and a slight energy boost. They're convenient when I'm rushing between client sessions. The ashwagandha ones are great for stress too. But be warned - they're not magic. You still need proper nutrition and exercise. They're more of a supplement than a solution. What's everyone's experience with the different flavors?

I'm skeptical as a granola parent who reads every label. I checked the ingredients - they do contain real apple cider vinegar, but there's also added sugars and natural flavors. My kids saw the commercials and begged me to buy them, but I'm not convinced they're better than just taking a spoonful of raw ACV. Plus, they're expensive! Has anyone compared the cost to traditional supplements? I want what's truly best for my family's health, not just what's trendy.

OrganicOlivia, you raise good points about cost and ingredients. They're definitely pricier than basic ACV - you're paying for convenience and taste. For me, the gummy form means I actually take them consistently, whereas I'd skip the liquid ACV. The sugar content is minimal (1g per serving), but I get why purists might object. Maybe try the sample pack first? MindfulMila - as a yoga instructor, you might appreciate the ashwagandha version for calming effects after intense sessions.

Thanks for the insights! VibeVitamins, the consistency point resonates - I often forget supplements. OrganicOlivia, I share your concern about added ingredients. Maybe I'll try a small bottle and see how my body responds. Has anyone experienced any side effects? I'm particularly careful about anything that might affect my meditation practice. Also, are there any other yoga or wellness folks here who've incorporated these into their routine?
