THREAD: GOLI Gummies - Anyone else seeing real results or is this just hype?Started by VibeVitamins42

Okay, I'll be the first to admit I'm desperate. My toddler has been waking up every 2 hours for months, and I'm running on fumes. A friend recommended GOLI gummies for better sleep and stress relief. Has anyone actually tried these? I'm skeptical about gummy supplements - they seem more like candy than medicine. But if they could help me get even one solid night's sleep, I'd pay anything. Any parents out there with experience?

Hey VibeVitamins42! I feel your pain - I used to have terrible sleep when I was working corporate. As a nature photographer, I'm all about natural solutions. I've been taking the GOLI apple cider vinegar gummies for about 3 months now. Not for sleep specifically, but for overall wellness. They're surprisingly tasty (like tart apple candy) and I do feel more energetic during my early morning photo shoots. The ingredients list looks clean - no artificial colors. But I can't speak to the sleep benefits specifically. Maybe try their sleep formula if they have one?

Weekend warrior checking in! I grabbed some GOLI gummies after seeing them everywhere on social media. Took them for a month before my hiking trip to Yosemite. Honestly? Mixed results. The energy ones gave me a slight boost during long trails, but nothing dramatic. The price point is steep - $30 for a month's supply. I'd say they're decent if you've got disposable income, but you could probably get similar results from cheaper supplements. Curious if others have noticed actual measurable benefits or if it's mostly placebo effect?

Thanks both! JoyfulJack - good to know about the clean ingredients. My pediatrician always says 'if you wouldn't give it to your kid, don't take it yourself.' OasisOliver - the price does give me pause. $30 could buy a lot of coffee to survive these sleepless nights! Did either of you experience any side effects? My stomach can be sensitive, and some supplements give me digestive issues. Also, how many do you take daily? The bottle says 2, but that seems like a lot for gummies.

No digestive issues here, and I have a pretty sensitive system. I take 2 in the morning with breakfast - they recommend taking with food. The pectin base seems gentle. OasisOliver makes a good point about cost though. I justify it because I'm supporting what appears to be an ethical company (they donate meals with every purchase), and I've cut back on other supplements. VibeVitamins42 - have you looked into their sleep-specific formula? I think they have one with melatonin. Might be more targeted for your needs than the general wellness ones.

No side effects for me either, just lighter wallet syndrome! To JoyfulJack's point about the sleep formula - my sister swears by the melatonin gummies for her insomnia. She says they help her fall asleep faster without that groggy morning feeling. Maybe start with a smaller bottle to test? Most places have a return policy if they don't work. Personally, I'm going back to my regular vitamin regimen after my current bottle runs out. The gummies are convenient, but not revolutionary enough for the price tag. Keep us posted if you try them, VibeVitamins42!
