Traveling with GOLI Gummies – Do They Melt? TSA? Help!
Hey all, heading on a business trip next week (flight + long layover). I'm bringing my GOLI gummies for daily routine. Questions: 1) Will they melt in my carry-on? I've heard mixed things. 2) TSA rules for gummy supplements? 3) Any storage tips for the road? Thanks!
Hey Noah! I've traveled with GOLIs plenty. They're pretty stable, but I'd avoid leaving them in a hot car. For flights, I just keep them in my carry-on – TSA never bats an eye. They're not a liquid or gel. I store them in a ziplock bag just in case, and they've never melted on me. Safe travels!
I agree with Holly, but I'd add: if you're going somewhere hot, maybe bring a small insulated pouch. I've had some gummy brands get soft, but GOLIs are firmer. Also, count out the serving size you need for the trip and put in a pill organizer – saves space and less to carry.
As a fitness coach, I travel a lot for competitions. GOLIs are fine in a backpack. TSA won't care. For hiking or road trips, just keep them in your cooler if it's scorching outside. I've left them in a hot car overnight once – they got a bit soft but still fine. So no worries!
Great tips, thanks! I'll pack them in a ziplock and keep them in my backpack. Feeling more confident now. Appreciate the quick replies!
