THREAD: Weird side effect from GOLI gummies? Anyone else?Started by OP

Hey everyone, I started taking GOLI apple cider vinegar gummies about a week ago. They taste great and seem fine, but I've been having super vivid dreams every night since. Like, really detailed and intense ones. Nothing scary, just weird. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it the gummies or just coincidence? I'm taking the recommended 2 per day.

lol yeah i had something similar! not dreams but my pee turned bright yellow for a few days when i started. freaked me out at first but it went back to normal after like a week. probably just the vitamins flushing out? these gummies are cheap enough that i kept taking them anyway. student budget life 😅

Interesting! I'm on a paleo diet and take GOLI for digestion support. I didn't get vivid dreams, but I did notice my taste buds felt different for the first few days—everything tasted slightly sweeter. It faded though. Could be your body adjusting to the ACV or B vitamins? As long as it's harmless, I wouldn't worry. Always listen to your body though!

Marathon runner here—I take GOLI for immune support during training cycles. No vivid dreams, but I did have brighter urine initially (like Dan mentioned). It's likely the B vitamins, especially B2 (riboflavin). Vivid dreams could be from better sleep quality if the gummies are helping overall health? Or maybe the beetroot color? Either way, if it's not disruptive, probably fine. Hydrate well!

Intermittent faster here. I take GOLI during my eating window. No dream issues, but I did get a slight energy boost that messed with my sleep a bit at first. Maybe your vivid dreams are related to that? Try taking them earlier in the day if you're having them late. Otherwise, side effects like that often settle down. If it persists, maybe check with a doc, but sounds harmless from what you describe.
