Anyone else see this warning about kids' magnesium gummies?

Just saw this too! As a gym rat, I'm all about supplements, but this is scary. I've been giving these to my kid for restless legs. Now I'm worried about dosage accuracy. Gummies are so easy to overeat. 😬 What do you all think?

Yikes. I use magnesium gummies in my baking sometimes (don't judge lol), but for kids? The texture is so candy-like, of course they'd want more. I think the warning is legit. Maybe stick to powder or liquid for little ones?

As a nature photog, I prefer whole foods for my family. But I get why parents use these. The article mentions dosing errors – that's a big deal. I wonder if the brands are doing enough to educate? Also, magnesium citrate can cause tummy issues in kids. 😕

Good point, Liam. I think the warning mainly targets those with high potency or improper labeling. But still, better safe than sorry. Anyone know of a reliable brand for kids that's third-party tested?
