Hey all! I'm looking to get a 'health pack' of gummy vitamins for my dad (he's 65, still plays golf and walks a lot) and my best friend (she's a marathon runner, super into fitness). Any recommendations? I want something that actually works, not just sugar. Thx!

For your fitness friend, look into gummies with BCAAs or electrolytes. I use ElectroGummies after workouts - they're a game changer for recovery. For your dad, maybe a joint support gummy with glucosamine and chondroitin. My gym buddy's parents swear by FlexiGummies. Also, check for added vitamin D and calcium for bone health.

I'd avoid anything with added sugar or artificial stuff. Look for organic, non-GMO gummies sweetened with stevia or monk fruit. For holistic health, get gummies with adaptogens like ashwagandha or turmeric for inflammation. My mom takes those and she feels great. Just read the labels carefully!

Totally agree with KetoKevin! Also, think about eco-friendly packaging and sustainable sourcing. Some brands use recycled bottles and ethical ingredients. I like EarthBiotics gummies - they have a great joint support line and they're plastic-neutral. Plus, your dad will appreciate the clean ingredients.

For your friend, maybe a 'calm' gummy with magnesium and L-theanine? Marathon runners need that relaxation after all that exertion. And for your dad, a daily multivitamin gummy is always good, but maybe one with extra CoQ10 for heart health. Yoga folks love that. Let us know what you pick!
