Hey everyone, I just opened a new bottle of kids' multivitamin gummies and noticed they're darker than usual and some are sticking together. They also feel a bit hard, not soft like normal. Is this still safe for my kid? They're not expired.

Oh that happens sometimes with natural ingredients. Could be sugar bloom from temp changes. Check if there's any mold or weird smell. If not, they're probably fine, but you can always contact the company. My kids eat them no prob when they get a little hard.

I'd be cautious though. Hard gummies might be less effective or cause choking for little ones. I usually toss if they change drastically. Better safe than sorry, ya know?

Thanks for the input! No smell or mold, just color and texture change. I'll try contacting the brand. They're the same batch as before, just got warm in the mail maybe. Appreciate the advice!

Yeah, heat can do that. Store them in a cool place next time. Glad it's probably just cosmetic. If the company says it's fine, you're golden.
