Hey everyone! My kid loves the Kids Gummies, but I was wondering if I can give them with their morning coffee? They're only 6, but they love the taste of my coffee. Is it safe to mix them?

Whoa, hold up! Coffee for a 6-year-old? That's a big no-no in my book. I'm all about natural, whole foods, and caffeine is a stimulant that can mess with a kid's sleep and appetite. Not to mention the sugar overload from the gummies plus coffee creamer. I'd skip the coffee and stick to water or milk. The gummies are enough of a treat.

lol I'm a caffeine addict myself, but even I wouldn't give that to a kid. But hey, if you're asking about mixing the gummy with coffee for an adult? I've actually taken my vitamins with a cup of joe before. The gummies are fine, but the caffeine might affect vitamin absorption? I'm no expert though. Just be careful with the kid.

I'm a busy professional and always on the go. I've given my kids the gummies with a sip of coffee (decaf) before, just to get them to eat, and it was fine. But I think the concern is more about the caffeine. Decaf might be a safer bet if you really want to share your coffee. Otherwise, just stick to the gummies and water. Save the coffee for yourself, man.

Night shift worker here! Coffee is life for me. But for a 6-year-old? Nah. And mixing gummies with coffee sounds like a bad combo. The acidity of coffee might break down the gummy's nutrients? I'd give the gummy separately. Plus, the sugar and caffeine aren't great together for a kid's energy. Just give 'em the gummy after breakfast or something.
