Hey all, quick question. My kid loves these gummy vitamins, but they're too sweet for me. I was thinking of crushing one up and putting it in my coffee as a sweetener. Is that safe? I know some vitamins are heat-sensitive. Also, would it mess with the caffeine kick?

I've done that before lol. It's fine, I think. Just don't use boiling hot coffee, let it cool a bit. And the vitamins might clump, so stir well. As for caffeine, no idea, but I doubt it changes anything. Maybe just add it to your morning smoothie instead?

Dude, just eat a gummy straight. Don't ruin your coffee. But if you're into weird combos, I've mixed my kids' gummies with yogurt before. Tastes like a dessert. Safe? Probably. But check with your doc if you're concerned. Also, I read that vitamin C can be destroyed by heat, so lukewarm only.

Honestly, just take the gummy like a normal person. But if you must, try it with cold brew. I've done that with my electrolyte gummies, and it works. Just don't expect it to be a magical energy boost. And if your kid sees you eating their gummies, good luck explaining that haha.
