Just saw this article about new Mylicon sleep gummies for kids. They claim to help with tummy soothing and sleep. Anyone have thoughts? Sounds like a combo of gas relief and melatonin? Link: http://example.com/article

Interesting. Mylicon is simethicone for gas, so these are likely gas drops + melatonin. But melotonin for kids is controversial. I'd check with a pediatrician before using. The article doesn't mention dosage either. Proceed with caution.

I've seen these popping up! Mylicon is trusted for gas, so the combo makes sense. But sleep gummies for kids? I'd rather use natural stuff like chamomile. Still, if it helps a colicky kid sleep, might be worth a try. #TeamNaturalTho

Back in my nursing days, we used Mylicon drops for babies. But adding melatonin? The long-term effects on kids aren't well studied. I'd recommend establishing a bedtime routine first. Gummies are a last resort. Side effects can include grogginess or headaches.

Thanks for the input! I'll hold off and talk to our doc. My kiddo has a hard time winding down, but maybe a warm bath and story would be safer. Appreciate the wisdom, everyone!
