Hey all! I'm looking to get a health pack of gummies as a gift for two people: my dad (aging, wants to stay active) and my best friend (fitness obsessed). Any recommendations? I've seen brands like SmartyPants and Olly, but not sure which ones would be best for each. Ideally something not too sweet and with good ingredients.

I'm a traditionalist when it comes to supplements – I prefer pills and powders, but my grandkids got me some gummies and they're not bad. For your dad, I'd look for something with vitamin D and B12, maybe calcium. Avoid ones with added sugar. For your gym friend, maybe a protein or collagen gummy? But honestly, most gummies are just candy with vitamins – make sure they're from a reputable brand.

I'm a weekend warrior – I hike and do yoga, not a hardcore gym rat. For an aging parent, I'd suggest a multi with extra vitamin D and calcium, like the Nature Made gummies. They have a good balance. For a fitness nut, maybe a recovery gummy with turmeric or tart cherry? My husband swears by the Zollipops for joint support. Just check the label for sugar alcohols if they have digestive issues.

As a gym rat, I'll say this: for your friend, look into gummies with electrolytes or BCAAs – but honestly, most serious lifters skip gummies for pre-workout. Maybe a vegan omega-3 or vitamin D3? For your dad, consider a gummy with CoQ10 for heart health – my dad uses the Qunol gummies. And always check for third-party testing if they're serious about quality.

Thanks everyone! I'll look into the CoQ10 for dad and maybe a recovery gummy for my friend. Appreciate the tips! Any specific brands you trust?
