Hey everyone, just saw this article and thought I'd share: "Help your child drift off comfortably with new tummy-soothing sleep gummies". The children's supplement aisle is seeing a notable expansion from a familiar name. Mylicon, a brand long associated with gas relief, is now launching sleep gummies that also soothe tummies. Has anyone here tried these or have thoughts on them? My 6-year-old has trouble winding down at night, so I'm curious if these might help.

omg i need these like yesterday!! my 4yo has been waking up every 2 hours with tummy aches and then i'm up too... we're both zombies. i've tried melatonin gummies but they don't help with the stomach stuff. if these combine both, i'm totally buying them. anyone know if they're in stores yet or just online?

Ugh, more gummies with who-knows-what in them. I checked the article - they have 2g of sugar per serving! That's basically candy before bed. And artificial colors? No thanks. I'd rather give my kids chamomile tea or a magnesium supplement without all the junk. Has anyone looked at the full ingredient list? Bet there's hidden nasties.

Fascinating move by Mylicon! They're leveraging their reputation for digestive health into the sleep space. The combination of melatonin and tummy-soothers could be synergistic - poor sleep often correlates with digestive discomfort in kids. I'd want to see clinical studies though. Are these just relying on anecdotal evidence or is there real research? Also, what's the dosage of active ingredients? Might be worth trying alongside behavioral sleep hygiene practices.

Not for my kids, but interesting concept! As a runner, I know how much gut issues can mess with rest. If these work, maybe there's an adult version coming? My training partner's kid has sleep problems though - she's tried everything. Might forward her this thread. OP, if you try them, update us on results!
