Hey everyone, came across this study about magnesium gummies for kids affecting sleep. Link: https://example.com/study. Feels kinda sponsored by Big Pharma? What do you think?

I saw that too! Back in my nursing days, we always said magnesium is good for sleep, but the gummy form? Not sure. The study seems small, and they didn't disclose funding. I'd be cautious.

Big PHARMA strikes again. If it ain't keto or whole food based, it's probly garbage. Gummies are just sugar. Why not give them magnesium powder instead? That study is def biased.

True, but my kids refuse the powder. Gummies are the only way I can get them to take anything. Anyone have a brand that's actually clean?

I get the struggle, Ellen. Some brands use natural sweeteners. Maybe look into MaryRuth's or SmartyPants? They list all ingredients. Always check for heavy metals tho.
