New study on vitamin D in kids gummies – legit or biased?
Hey all, I just read a study (PMID: 34567890) about vitamin D absorption from gummies vs tablets in kids. It claims gummies are 30% more effective. But it was funded by a big gummy company. What do you think – legit science or marketing fluff?
I've been saying this for years! My kid's levels shot up after switching to gummies. But yea, funding is sus. Still, the numbers seem solid. I'd trust it more if it was replicated.
💤 Another industry-funded study. Remember the gummi bear lobby? Jokes aside, look at the sample size and conflict of interest. I'd wait for independent research.
As a yoga instructor, I'm all about natural sources. But I give my kids gummies for convenience. This study doesn't change much for me – I'll keep doing what works. Anyone else noticed better absorption with gummies?
