So I started giving my kids these vegan sleep gummies (melatonin free, obvs) and I expected them to just sleep better. But after a week, my 8-year-old's skin cleared up and she seems less stressed. Anyone else experience weird side effects? #vegan #kidsgummies

OMG yes! I got the same gummies for my toddler's sleep issues and I noticed his eczema got way better. Also he's been less cranky during the day. Maybe it's the chamomile or something? So glad it's not just me!

Interesting! It's probably the adaptogenic herbs in those gummies. Ashwagandha and lemon balm can help with stress and skin inflammation. But always check labels for hidden sugars or weird additives. I make my own gummies using fruit pectin and organic herbs. Much better control.

As a retired nurse, I'd say it's common for supplements to have multiple effects. Sleep and skin health are linked to immune function and hormonal balance. Those gummies might have vitamin D or zinc which improve both. Just be cautious with dosage for kids.
