Just saw this article about Sleep Week supplement deals. Anyone thinking of grabbing some melatonin gummies for their kids? My little one has been fighting bedtime lately, and I'm tempted to try something. But I'm always wary of giving supplements to kids. What do you all think?

Oh, I've seen those deals too! As a wellness influencer, I've researched this a lot. For kids, I always recommend starting with lifestyle changes first - like consistent bedtime routine, no screens before bed, and maybe some chamomile tea if they're older. If you do go the gummy route, look for ones with low dose melatonin (like 0.5-1mg) and no artificial junk. Also, check with your pediatrician first. My 8-year-old used a low-dose one during a rough patch and it worked great, but we only used it short-term.

Yeah, I'm a bit skeptical about melatonin for kids, but I get it. My niece is a nightmare at bedtime too. I've been making her a warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg and a little honey before bed - it's a chef's trick that actually works! But if you're into gummies, I've seen some good deals, just don't go overboard on the dose. Also, check if they have sugar-free options because cavities are no fun.

Thanks for the input! I think I'll try the routine and maybe that warm milk idea first. But I might pick up a low-dose melatonin as backup for nights when nothing works. The deals are pretty good, so might as well stock up - but I'll check with the doc first. Appreciate the help!
