Just saw this article about Sleep Week deals on supplements. I'm always looking for ways to help my kids sleep better, but I'm wary of gummies with too much sugar. Anyone tried these? Link: https://example.com/sleep-week-deals

I've been using melatonin gummies for my 8-year-old occasionally, but only low dose (0.5mg). The deals look tempting, but check ingredients - some have added herbs like chamomile that might be okay. Always consult your pediatrician first though!

I make my own sleep gummies with tart cherry juice and gelatin - no sugar crash. But for store-bought, look for ones with magnesium glycinate instead of melatonin for kids. Sleep Week discounts are great, but not all supplements are created equal.

As a wellness influencer, I'd say: be cautious. Many kids' sleep gummies have too high a dose of melatonin. The AAP recommends behavioral sleep solutions first. But if you do buy, check for third-party testing. And remember, consistency matters more than a deal.
