Started for sleep, got glowing skin instead? Anyone else?

So I started taking these kids gummies for sleep (the melatonin ones), but after about 2 weeks I noticed my skin looks... better? Less dry patches, more glow. Not complaining, but it's weird. Anyone else experience an unexpected side effect?

Haha yes! I take the multivitamin ones to cover my bases, and I've noticed my nails are way stronger. I used to bite them, now they're actually growing. Guess the biotin is kicking in? But hey, I'll take it.

Wait, you guys are getting benefits?! I'm on the elderberry ones for immunity, but I feel like my hair is falling out less? Or maybe it's just the placebo effect. Anyway, I'm loving the taste though, like candy lol.

Placebo or not, I'll take it! Maybe it's the vitamin C or whatever. I'm just surprised since I only wanted to sleep better. Now I'm wondering if I should switch to a different gummy for more skin benefits?

If you're after skin, look for ones with collagen or hyaluronic acid. But honestly, if these are working, don't fix what isn't broken! Sleep is important too. Maybe just add a topical serum?
