Hey everyone, so I've been super stressed with work deadlines and my sleep has been terrible. I saw these kids multivitamin gummies at the store and thought, why not? They're tasty and have melatonin. Been taking them for about 2 weeks now... sleep is a bit better BUT my skin is clearing up like crazy! I used to have breakouts all the time and now it's way smoother. Anyone else experience something like this? Is it the vitamins or just coincidence?

Fascinating! Kids gummies often contain vitamins A, C, and E, which are antioxidants that support skin health. Vitamin A helps with cell turnover, C boosts collagen, and E protects against damage. The melatonin might also reduce stress-induced inflammation. Could you check the label for specific amounts? I'd love to analyze the nutritional profile versus adult supplements.

lol i take them too! not for sleep tho, i use them as a pre-workout snack cause they're low cal and give me a little energy boost. but yeah my nails are stronger since i started, prob from the biotin. gotta watch the sugar content tho, some brands pack it in. i mix mine with protein shakes sometimes.

OMG same here! I grabbed them for my kid but tried a couple during a hectic week. Noticed my stress levels dropped—maybe the B vitamins? I'm always on the go between meetings, so having these in my bag is a game-changer. Quick question: any brand recommendations without artificial colors? Trying to keep it clean.

Haha, I use them in my smoothie bowls for a natural sweetness boost! The vitamin D in some helps with mood, which might explain less stress. But be careful with dosage—kids' formulas aren't meant for adults long-term. Maybe switch to an adult gummy with similar ingredients? I can share a recipe for homemade versions if anyone's interested!
