Wow, this is exactly why I'm skeptical of any 'natural' supplement gummies. Melatonin is a hormone, not a candy. Parents need to be careful about dosing and regulation outside the US too. Any synthetic additive in a gummy form is a red flag for me.

I get it, but melatonin gummies can be a lifesaver for kids with sleep issues. The problem is that they taste so good that kids want more. We need better packaging or warnings. But honestly, if you're using them correctly under a doc's guidance, the risk is low.
