Hey all! I just started taking these gummy multivitamins and I usually have a cup of coffee in the morning. Is it safe to take them together? Any interactions? I've heard vitamin C can be affected by heat, but my coffee is not boiling. Thoughts?

I've been doing this for months! I take my gummy with my coffee and no issues. The heat from coffee might degrade some vitamins if they're sensitive, but gummies are pretty stable. Just don't wash it down with scalding hot coffee right away. I wait a few minutes. Also, calcium can interfere with iron absorption, but these gummies usually don't have much iron. You're fine.

actually, I'd be careful. Coffee is a diuretic and can flush out water-soluble vitamins like B and C. Plus, tannins in coffee can bind to minerals like zinc and iron. If your gummy has those, better take it an hour before or after coffee. I used to mix mine with green tea and felt it was fine, but switched to water after reading up.

I take my gummy with a splash of milk in my coffee (lactose-free). No issues. But I'm more curious about taking them with acidic foods like orange juice. Anyone tried that? The acidity might break down the gelatin or something? Anyway, for coffee, I say go for it unless you're super sensitive.
