So I was at Costco today and saw a huge bottle of 'Nature's Way Alive! Liquid Vitamin' for like $15 off. I've been thinking about switching from gummies to liquid for better absorption, but the regular price at my pharmacy is almost double. Is this a steal or are they cutting corners on quality? Anyone tried these?

Hey! The price drop is often just a bulk-buy discount, not a quality issue. Costco buys in huge volumes, so they can sell at lower margins. Just check the expiration date and the ingredient list to make sure it's what you want. Liquid vitamins can be more bioavailable, which is a plus. I'd say grab it if it's a reputable brand.

Liquid vitamins are legit for absorption, but taste can be meh. I've used that brand before, and it's fine. As for the price, it's probably just a deal. Just shake it well and store it properly. If it's from Costco, they usually have a good return policy, so no risk. I'd go for it.

I'm all for saving money, but check the bottle for any artificial stuff or unnecessary fillers. Some cheaper versions have added sugar or preservatives. I like to go for organic, but if it's clean, then it's a win. And buying in bulk reduces packaging waste, so good for the planet too!

Yeah, the ingredients look decent, no weird colors. I'll give it a try. Thanks for the input, guys! If it's nasty, I'll just mix it with juice lol.
