Hey guys, I found this study on PubMed about liquid vitamin D3 being more absorbable than gummies. But I'm suspicious because it was funded by a big supplement company. What do you all think? https://pmid.example.com/123456

I saw that too! As a med student, I'd say check the sample size and if it's peer-reviewed. Liquid forms can be more bioavailable, but funding bias is real. Look for independent studies.

I've been using liquid vitamins for years while traveling. They definitely hit faster for me, but I don't trust pharma-funded stuff. Try a liquid brand that's transparent about their testing.

Paleo here. I avoid most supplements, but liquid seems less processed. Still, I'd rather get D3 from sunlight or cod liver oil. That study smells like marketing to me.

Thanks everyone! I'll look for more neutral sources. Maybe I'll stick with my vegan gummies for now, but keep an eye on the liquid options.
