Hey everyone, stumbled on this article summarizing a recent study (PMID: 12345678) claiming liquid vitamins have 90% better absorption than gummies. They tested some common ingredients like vitamin C and D. Link: healthnews.com/liquid-vitamin-study. What do you all think? Sounds too good to be true, or is there something to it?

OMG I've been talking about this for ages! Liquid vitamins are a game-changer, especially for gut health. The study seems legit - I saw similar stuff on wellness blogs. The bioavailability is key, and liquids bypass some digestion issues. But always check if it's sponsored by a supplement company, that's a red flag! #LiquidRevolution

I'm skeptical. Traditional pills have worked fine for decades, and this smells like marketing. Gummies at least have some stability; liquids can degrade faster. Did the study compare to actual food sources? Probably not. Stick to what's proven, not every new trend.

as a parent who's up all night with kids, i need something that works fast lol. if liquids absorb better, i'm all for it - tired of wasting money on gummies that just pass through. but is it safe for kids too? my little ones hate swallowing pills...

Paleo perspective here: why rely on supplements at all? Our ancestors got nutrients from real food. Liquid or gummy, it's still processed. That study might be biased if funded by the supplement industry. Focus on whole foods like liver and sunlight for vitamins, folks.
