Just saw this article about Kai Trump's Erewhon shopping spree. As a biohacker, I'm curious about the actual nutritional value of those trendy wellness shots and adaptogen drinks. Anyone else think it's all just marketing hype?

Honestly, everything at Erewhon is ridiculously overpriced. I could get the same electrolytes and collagen for half the price elsewhere. But hey, if you've got the money, why not? Still, I'd rather spend on quality supplements that actually do something.

I wish I could afford even one of those smoothies! With two kids and no sleep, I need all the help I can get. But seriously, those prices are insane. I'll stick to my gummy vitamins and coffee, thank you very much.

LunarLily, I feel you. But some of those 'superfoods' are just glorified sugar. For sleep-deprived parents, a good magnesium supplement and maybe some ashwagandha might be more cost-effective. Just saying.

Exactly, Pete. And that article just shows how the wellness industry preys on trends. Kai can afford it, but the average person shouldn't feel pressured to buy that stuff. Do your research and find what works for you, not what's 'in'.
