Just read this article about True Keto Fusion Keto+ ACV Gummies. The category is blowing up into 2026, but I'm skeptical. Anyone tried these or similar? Do they actually help with ketosis or is it all marketing?

Honestly, I steer clear of any supplement that claims to put you in ketosis without actually changing your diet. I've seen too many people rely on gummies and wonder why they don't see results. Apple cider vinegar has some benefits, but it's not a magic pill. Plus, the added sugar in gummies kind of defeats the purpose. Better to get your BHB from a clean source if you really need it.

I've been using a similar product for a few months as a boost to my keto lifestyle, and I can say it does help with energy and curbing cravings, but it's no substitute for the real thing. The key is consistency and sticking to your macros. I did lose those extra few pounds, but I also started drinking more water and exercising. So maybe it's the gummies, maybe it's the overall effort. Either way, if you're considering, just don't expect miracles.

Thanks for the input! I guess the consensus is that they're not a magic bullet. I'm still curious about the 'ACV' part though – do you think the gummies have enough actual vinegar to matter? I've heard some are just flavored sugar.

That's a great point. Most of these gummies contain only a small amount of ACV, often with added sugars or sweeteners. If you're looking for real ACV benefits, you're probably better off with the liquid (diluted, of course) or at least a product that has a good amount of acetic acid without the junk. Always check the label!
