Liquid vitamins are just candy in a bottle?
I cant believe how much sugar is in these 'natural' liquid vitamins. I got a bottle of elderberry gummy liquid and it has 12g of sugar per serving! That's like drinking a soda. This candy-fication is ridiculous. We need supplements, not dessert.
I get where you're coming from, but honestly, if that little bit of sugar helps people actually take their vitamins, I think it's a win. I teach yoga and many of my students hate swallowing pills. Liquid vitamins with a touch of natural sweetness can be a gateway to better health. Just my two cents!
Sorry but I have to side with FitnessFanatic here. I'm on keto and 12g sugar would kick me out of ketosis. There are sugar-free options but they're rare. It feels like companies are just targeting kids with candy flavors. We need more clean, low-sugar liquid vitamins for adults.
Exactly, KetoKevin! It's about transparency. I don't mind a little natural sweetener like stevia, but why load it with cane syrup? It's not even about keto for me—just basic health.
Fair points, but I think the convenience factor outweighs the sugar for most people. Not everyone is as disciplined as you two. And hey, if it gets someone to take their vitamins, maybe it's a net positive? Different strokes for different folks I guess.
