Has anyone else started liquid vitamins for one reason but noticed a totally different benefit? I started taking a nighttime liquid sleep blend with melatonin and magnesium a month ago. Sleep hasn't changed much tbh, but my skin is CLEAR and glowing for the first time in years. I'm not complaining, but what's going on? Is this the absorption thing? Still skeptical but hey I'll take it lol

Yes!! I started liquid B12 for energy before CrossFit, but I noticed my nails got so strong and hair stopped falling out. I think liquid absorbs way better than those crunchy gummies. Also my recovery seems faster though maybe placebo.

It's not placebo. Liquid vitamins have higher bioavailability because they bypass some of the digestive breakdown process. Certain vitamins like B-complex and C are water-soluble and absorb fast. The melatonin might be helping your skin indirectly too since sleep affects repair. But the magnesium in liquid is also good for skin barrier. So yeah, makes sense. What brand btw?

CrystalCathy502 nailed it. Liquid formulations often contain silica or colloidal minerals that promote collagen synthesis. Also many liquid vitamins use liposomal delivery now which increases absorption even more. I use a liquid multivitamin with zinc and my acne cleared up crazy. Sleep still hit or miss though haha.
