Liquid Vitamins on Sale: Too Good to Be True?

So I was at Costco today and saw a huge bottle of liquid vitamins (the whole food kind) for like $12 off. I almost grabbed it but paused - is it a steal or is it lower quality? I've always bought the gummies, but thinking about switching. Anyone tried these?

I wouldn't worry about lower quality just because it's on sale. Big stores like Costco often get deals from brands to clear inventory or promote new lines. Just check the label for the same active ingredients and no weird additives. I'm all about natural stuff, so I'd look for a liquid that's organic and has no artificial junk. If it looks clean, jump on it!

Dude, liquid vitamins are the bomb! I switched last year and I feel more energized. But yeah, sales can happen for no good reason. I once got a 2-pack at Target for half price and they were the same as the full-price ones. Just make sure the expiration date isn't close. If it's cool, you got a steal! Also, check if they have the whole food base - better absorption.

I'm with Greg. I take liquid vitamins for my training and they seem to hit faster. But I've also seen cheap brands that are basically sugar water with a few vitamins. So my advice: flip the bottle over and look at the nutrition facts. You want a good dose of B vitamins, vitamin D, and maybe minerals. If it's from a known brand like Garden of Life or MaryRuth's, even on sale it's legit.

Honestly, I'll stick to my gummies, but I've heard liquids can have a weird taste. But the sale could be legit - pharmacies sometimes rotate stock. If the batch number is just from a sale, I'd try it. Worst case you hate the taste and return it. But if it's cheaper, why not? Just don't expect it to be like a multivitamin and a smoothie in one haha.
