Hey everyone, just saw this article and thought it was interesting for our liquid vitamins discussion. Here's the link: [True Keto Fusion Keto+ ACV Gummies: What Consumers Should Know as BHB-ACV Category Expands Into 2026](placeholder-link.com)
Summary: # True Keto Fusion Keto+ ACV Gummies: What Consumers Should Know as BHB-ACV Category Expands Into 2026
As the dietary supplement market evolves, a notable trend heading into 2026 is the convergence of BHB salts and apple cider vinegar in gummy form. The article discusses how these products are gaining traction, with True Keto Fusion being one example. It talks about potential benefits for energy and weight management, but also mentions the need for consumer awareness about ingredients and claims.
What do you all think? Is this just marketing hype or something worth trying?

Interesting timing OP. I've been tracking exogenous ketone supplements for a while. BHB salts can help with ketosis transition, but the ACV addition in gummies is questionable. Most ACV benefits come from the 'mother' and acetic acid - both degrade in processing. Gummy form might reduce efficacy. I'd want to see third-party testing on bioavailability before jumping in. The 2026 projection suggests market growth, but we need more independent studies on these combos.

yo i tried some keto gummies last month, not this brand tho. they gave me a decent energy boost pre-workout, better than my usual pre. but tbh theyre expensive af. if these new ones have ACV too might be worth if they help with recovery? anyone know if BHB actually helps with muscle soreness or is it mostly for fat burning? also gummies > pills for me cuz i hate swallowing capsules lol

Already ordered these! Got them last week when they launched. The taste is way better than regular ACV shots - no burn. I'm pairing them with my morning stack. Too early to tell on effects, but I like that they're combining trends. The 2026 expansion prediction makes sense - gummies are dominating the supplement space. I'll update in a few weeks if I notice any differences in my energy levels.

As a mom, I'm always skeptical of these 'trendy' supplements. BHB-ACV gummies sound like another way to get people to spend money on things they don't need. Are these even safe for long-term use? My kids see gummies and think candy - that's concerning. The article should focus more on warnings than 'expansion.' I'd rather get my ACV from actual food sources and skip the processed gummies with who-knows-what fillers.
