Hey everyone, came across this study (PMID: 34567890) claiming that liquid vitamins have 50% better absorption than tablets. Sounds almost too good to be true... Anyone else seen this? Think it's legit or just industry-funded hype?

Interesting! I've been using liquid B12 for months and feel a difference. But yeah, always wary of studies funded by supplement companies. Did they disclose funding?

Just skimmed it. Sample size was 50 people, which is decent. But I noticed the authors are from a company that sells liquid vitamins. That's a red flag. Still, the mechanism they describe makes sense – liquids bypass some absorption barriers.

Good catch QuartzQuinn. I wish they had a conflict of interest statement. For now I'll stick with my gummies, but maybe I'll try a liquid multivitamin for a month and see.

Let us know how it goes! I'm curious about the taste – some liquids are nasty lol.
