Okay so I started taking a liquid magnesium+melatonin blend about 3 weeks ago for my insomnia. It's been helping me fall asleep faster, but the unexpected bonus? My skin has never looked better! I've had acne for years and it's like cleared up almost completely. Anyone else experience this? Not complaining, just curious!

That's awesome, Sarah! It's not uncommon. Magnesium is involved in hundreds of enzymatic reactions, including those that regulate skin barrier function and reduce inflammation. Plus, better sleep directly boosts skin repair. I've seen similar reports on r/supplements. Keep it up!

Yesss, this happened to me with a B-complex liquid! I was taking it for energy but my nails got so strong and my hair stopped shedding. It's the absorption – liquids bypass some digestive issues. Glad it's working for you!

Just watch out for the sugar content in some liquid vitamins. I choose sugar-free or make my own with a liquid sweetener if needed. But if it's working, that's great! Skin benefits are a nice bonus.

Sounds like placebo to me. But hey, if you're sleeping better and your skin looks good, keep doing it. Just don't expect miracles. I've been taking supplements for years and never noticed such dramatic effects. Maybe it's the melatonin?
