Thoughts on keto + ACV gummies? Seems like another fad?

Saw this article about True Keto Fusion Keto+ ACV Gummies and how the BHB-ACV category is expanding. Article says they combine BHB for ketosis and ACV for wellness. Anyone tried these or similar? Are they worth it or just hyped?

I'm skeptical of any keto supplement tbh. Most are overpriced and underdosed. ACV gummies usually have minimal vinegar per gummy, so you're better off just drinking diluted apple cider vinegar. BHB salts might help with keto flu but they're not magic.

I stick to whole foods. If you want ketosis, just eat low carb. ACV can be taken straight (diluted). Supplements are often full of fillers. Read the label - if it has sugar alcohols or maltodextrin, run.

As a chef, I'd rather make my own ACV gummies with gelatin and real ACV. Store-bought ones are gummy bears with a marketing twist. BHB is a different story - it might help if you're strict keto and need a boost, but I'd look for a separate BHB supplement without the gummy base.

Thanks all! Good points. I think I'll skip the combo gummies and maybe try a separate BHB powder if anything. ACV I can just drink. Appreciate the input!
