I started taking a liquid vitamin blend mainly to help with my sleep since I work nights. The sleep benefit is ok, but the surprise is my skin looks way better! Noticed it after about 2 weeks. Anyone else have unexpected side effects?

That's not surprising! Liquid vitamins are absorbed faster, and many contain antioxidants like vitamin C and E that boost collagen and skin health. I've seen clients report clearer skin. Keep it up!

Haha, same thing happened to me with a liquid multivitamin. I take it for recovery, but my nails got stronger too. Maybe it's the biotin? Anyway, no complaints.

Zack, check the ingredients. Could be the vitamin A or zinc. For me, liquid B12 was supposed to give energy, but it cleared up my eczema. It's all about the bioavailability.

Thanks for the tips! I'll look into that. I'll stick with it for now. Just hope it keeps helping with sleep and skin. Cheers!
