Just saw this article about True Keto Fusion Keto+ ACV Gummies. Says the BHB-ACV category is expanding into 2026. What do you all think? Are these worth trying or just hype? #ketogummies #ACV

Honestly, I've seen so many of these keto gummies come and go. BHB is just an exogenous ketone, and ACV has some benefits, but combined? I'd rather get my nutrients from whole foods. If you're doing keto for weight loss, focus on your diet and exercise. These gummies are expensive and often packed with sugar alcohols that can mess with your gut. Save your money.

I'm a sleep-deprived parent, so I get the appeal of a quick fix. But I've tried similar gummies and they did nothing for me. Maybe it's because I wasn't strict keto? The article says they have BHB which might help with energy, but I didn't feel any energy boost. Plus, my kids got into the bottle once and it was a mess. I'll stick to my coffee and a banana.

As a tech guy, I always check the reviews and ingredient lists. The article didn't mention any independent lab testing, which is a red flag. Also, the 'expanding category' part is probably just marketing. I'd wait for more clinical studies. If you want to try, look for a product with third-party certification and no added sugar. Just my two cents.

I'm a biohacker, so I approach this with data. BHB can be helpful for those in ketosis, but the dose in these gummies is often too low to have a real effect. ACV has some evidence for blood sugar control, but again, the amount is tiny. I'd rather use MCT oil and apple cider vinegar in my morning drink. The gummies are a gimmick, honestly. Also, check for hidden carbs.
