Unexpected side effects? Started liquid vitamins for sleep, now my skin is glowing!
So I started taking this liquid melatonin + B complex thingy a week ago for better sleep. But I swear my skin looks clearer and more radiant! Anyone else get random benefits? I'm not complaining lol, but I'm curious.
That's totally a thing! Liquid vitamins absorb faster so you might be getting more of the antioxidants and B vitamins which help skin repair. I use a liquid vitamin C serum and my skin has never been better. Maybe the combo is just working for you!
Haha, welcome to the club. I started liquid magnesium for stress and suddenly my workouts improved. Probably because I'm sleeping better and less cortisol. Definitely stick with it – those side benefits are real.
