"Anyone else get super vivid dreams from magnesium gummies?"
I started taking magnesium gummies a week ago and wow, my dreams are SO vivid and weird! Last night I dreamed I was flying on a giant pizza slice. Not complaining, just curious if anyone else has this?
Oh yeah, that's a thing! Magnesium is known to affect sleep and dreams. I remember reading that it can increase REM sleep. Back in the 90s, we used to call them 'magic gummies' for that reason lol.
Happened to me too! I take them for muscle cramps, but the dreams are a bonus. Also, did anyone notice their urine turns bright yellow? It's from the riboflavin in the gummies, totally normal.

No worries! The vivid dreams should fade after a couple weeks as your body adjusts. Enjoy the weirdness while it lasts!
