So I've been taking these magnesium gummies before bed for about a week now, and holy cow my dreams have been INSANE. Like full-on cinematic adventures that I remember in detail every morning. Not bad, just... weird. Anyone else experience this? Should I be worried?

OMG yes! I thought I was the only one. I've been taking magnesium glycinate gummies and my dreams are like vivid technicolor movies. Honestly I kinda like it? But also sometimes I wake up feeling like I ran a marathon lol. Pretty sure it's normal though. Magnesium affects neurotransmitters.

Happens to me too. It's actually a well-documented effect of magnesium, especially glycinate form. It increases GABA and melatonin production, which can enhance dream recall and vividness. Totally harmless! If it bothers you, try taking them earlier in the day. I switched to morning and still sleep fine, but dreams are less intense.

Good to know it's not just me! I'm gonna stick with nighttime since I kinda enjoy the adventure. Thanks guys!
