Anyone else get vivid dreams from magnesium gummies?
Hey all, I've been taking my magnesium gummies for a couple weeks now (the ones with the calming blend) and I've noticed I've been having some seriously vivid dreams! Like, movie-quality dreams, sometimes a bit wild. It's not scary, just... vivid. I also feel like my taste buds are a bit different, but that might be from the gummies? Anyone else experience this?
