Magnesium gummies are okay, but honestly I prefer the classic magnesium glycinate capsules. Gummies often have added sugars and other junk. Stick with the basics if you ask me.

Broke college student here lol. I just use cheap magnesium oxide pills from the pharmacy. Does the job for me. Gummies are expensive.
