Hey all! I need some advice. I want to get a 'health pack' of gummy vitamins as a gift for my dad (65, active but sometimes has muscle cramps) and my best friend (30, obsessed with crossfit, always complains about soreness). I was thinking magnesium gummies but there are so many types. What do you recommend? Also, are there any other gummies that would be good in a bundle? Thanks!

If your friend is into crossfit, magnesium glycinate is the way to go – it's better absorbed and gentle on the stomach. My go-to is the Magnesium Glycinate Gummies from Natural Calm, they taste great and help with recovery. For your dad, maybe something with magnesium citrate for cramps, but also look for added vitamin D or B6 for older folks. And for a bundle, add some collagen gummies or turmeric gummies for joint support – they're popular.

As a skeptical mom, I'd say don't overlook the sugar content! Some gummies are loaded with sugar, which defeats the purpose. Check the label – aim for 2g or less per serving. Also, for your dad, make sure they don't interact with any meds he's on. My husband takes magnesium for cramps and it helped a lot, but we had to choose carefully. I'd recommend the SmartyPants Magnesium Gummies – they have low sugar and added D3. But I'm not sure about combining with other gummies – maybe keep it simple.

Retired nurse here! For the older generation, I'd suggest magnesium glycinate because it's easy on the stomach and helps with sleep too. As for a health pack, consider a multivitamin + magnesium combo – but don't overdo it. For your friend, magnesium plus a good B-complex for energy. I always told my patients to look for third-party tested brands. I like the Nature Made Magnesium Gummies – they've been reliable. And for a fun gift, add some sleep gummies with melatonin, but remind them not to take them all at once!!

Wow, thanks for all the great input! I think I'll go with Magnesium Glycinate gummies for both, and add some collagen gummies for my friend and vitamin D for my dad. I'll check the sugar content and third-party labels. Now, where to buy? Any online stores with good bundle deals?
