Is magnesium glycinate in gummies legit? Found a study that says its trash.
Just read this study (PMID: 34567890) claiming magnesium glycinate in gummies is barely absorbed compared to pills. I've been downing these gummies for a month and feel nothing. Thoughts? Biased or real?
Hmm, I switched from pills to gummies for convenience. But my meditation sessions feel more grounded? Maybe placebo? Still, I like the taste lol. Could be a small sample size in that study.
Glycinate is the only form that doesn't mess with my keto. But if the study says bioavailability is low, maybe I'll go back to powder. Anyone else have real world data?
RootRose80: Powder might be better but I hate the taste. The study was on 50 people, so not huge. I'm skeptical cuz Big Pharma funded it? Check the authors. Still, my poops are great on gummies lol.
BioBob340: haha good poops are a plus. I'll keep taking them cuz they're yummy. But maybe I'll add a pill form too. Better safe than sorry?
